佛系（Buddha Style），即代表這樣一種生活態度：
指生活不必苛求，沒有過不去的坎，繞著走開就是了。表情不悲不喜不會衰老、不撕不怒才能修身養性。

這種生活態度被調侃為“佛系”，大致可翻譯為“Buddha Style”，表達年輕人對工作生活仿佛充滿“禪意”的淡然態度。
“佛系”遇上批90后，“佛系青年”也就產生了。
據說佛系青年的生活都是這樣的：
佛系戀愛：“我們戀愛吧。”“都行，看你。”
佛系朋友圈：隨緣點贊都是愛的鼓勵。
佛系游戲：贏了就贏了，輸了掉段位也不難過，就這樣吧，下次再打上來就好了。
佛系剁手：錢乃身外之物，生不帶來死不帶去。能花是福，都不知道自己還在不在……
佛系漲薪資：順其自然，這些都是命中注定的，一個人一輩子能擁有多少財富都是命中注定的......
